I wasn't very hungry yesterday and I drank at least 3/4 of a gallon of water and tea. The only thing I found interesting about the whole day was that I found myself craving coffee with cream (one of my biggest vices). Occasionally, I would find my mind wandering to what I could have for a snack - I figure this week will be the hardest for that. It wasn't hard to resist, but I'm afraid I'll forget and stick something in my mouth before I catch myself.
Side note - Even though I gained over 10 lbs during my break, I gained less than three inches from my lowest measurements.
I'm going to the gym as many days as I can manage and doing 30 - 45 minutes on the treadmill. I'm not letting my heart rate get up - I'm just moving. I feel like this will help with the daily average, but only time will tell.
I'm back!
