Meh. It's better than the last couple of days.

I can't really argue with 11.1 lbs net in 14 days, either. And, I'm right around my course 1 last injection weight which could be slowing me a bit.

I didn't get my walk in yesterday and I made sure that I got to the gym today. Let's hope for a good number tomorrow.
