I will start TOM today and hopefully will drop the water retention with it. I will take at least the next two days off of the shots.
I'm ready to see some better numbers.

Judy - I can email you more exact info if you like, but here's my thoughts on personal care products: 1) toothpaste should be sugar and flouride free (some of the Tom's brands fit the bill - there are a lot of choices). I continued using my normal shampoo, but I only was my hair twice a week. Stony Brook Botanicals has a nice line of body wash, shampoo, etc that's oil free and organic that would be a good choice. I don't use deoderant at all while on the HCG injections - just some talcum powder under the arms if I think I need it. If you really want to use something I would use the crystal deoderants available at health food stores. Hope this helps.
